The City of Memphis and Verizon Wireless have partnered with Family Safety Center to help victims of domestic violence.
Memphis Mayor A C Wharton recently announced the city’s participation in Verizon’s HopeLine program, which collects and refurbishes donated cell phones for victims of domestic violence.
